Clinical counseling grounded in your goals
"Your experiences might have shaped you, but they don’t define you."
Hi, I'm Manasa. I earned my master's degree from North Carolina State University and specialize in providing talk therapy, psycho-education, and skills-based counseling.
I work primarily with adults dealing with life transitions, family of origin concerns, ADHD, and anxiety. My approach is collaborative—you are the expert on your life. With your expertise and my knowledge, we will create goals and make meaningful progress.
Whether you're seeking personal growth or relationship support, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore and heal.
For adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism, and life transitions. Find your footing and move forward with confidence.
For adults navigating task initiation, time management, emotional regulation, and prioritization challenges. Build practical, tailored systems to manage overwhelm and regain control of daily life.
Understand how your past shapes your present. Break cycles and establish boundaries that honor your wellbeing.
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We will start with a brief conversation and decide together what support makes sense.
